Increase business community engagement and awareness about the school. This supported students to transition from school to work and
develop key employability and work-readiness skills needed in industries. The experiential and continuous learning developed students’ future work capabilities to current and emerging occupations in agri-culture; Organization of training and info sessions is an important part of this project. As to-day’s rural youths and tomorrows farmers there is the need to empower them with up-to-date information in agriculture and allied sectors like livestock production and help to make agriculture as profitable enterprise. The trainings implemented in the interactive format, combined with visits and sometimes the whole training day will be organized in the setting of a successful agricultural business / local farms. -Through the planned investment of water irrigation plant, the project offered better education resources and will support teaching and learning activities.
-In general, all the activities made the school more attractive to the young people that want to enroll in the vocational education schools.

We implemented the “Women inclusion and empowerment in the Medicinal
and Aromatic Plants (MAP) Value Chain” in the municipalities of Dibra, Bulqiza, and Cerrik.” The specific activities in support of women’s economic empowerment in the value chain are based on the findings of recent gender-sensitive value chain analyses (GSVCA) conducted in these municipalities/communities. The activities aimed at engendering a larger number of women farmers/workers/producers – particularly poor, vulnerable and marginalized women – who effectively and/or formally engage in employment or self-employment, participate in value chains and markets, earn higher incomes, and enjoy economic security. Inclusive private sector development achieved by (i) supporting job creation; (ii) increasing the number of poor, marginalized and vulnerable women in employment, production, processing and marketing; (iii) enhancing productivity and competitiveness of products that these women produce.
